While reading, I used to highlight the sentences I like with yellow highlighter. For the part that I deeply enjoyed, I would put sticky tabs on the pages. I do the same thing when every time I read, hence, leaving a lot of traces on the books. The number of sticky tabs on the side of the book seems to represent how deep the connection between each book and me is.
